I want more! March 5, 2010 Sabrina Sherman (Salem, OR) I like them a ton, I want to create a spice rack wall and these work perfect, the only problem is if you stick a spice in there that is a little big then it doesn't hold it's shape well or can't hold a smaller one if you decide to change the order.
Great spice holders February 2, 2010 Happy Shopper I needed a way to hold my spices in the galley of our sail boat so that they would stay put while we were at sea. These spice clips work perfectly!!
cost- and space- efficient January 25, 2010 A. Abramson (New England) I have a small kitchen, so it's important that everything I buy is space-efficient. These spice clips are perfect! I don't even have counter space for a spice rack, but I just stuck these on the inside of a cabinet door and now it's much easier to find the spice I am looking for. They also fit prescription medication bottles, which is very convenient. As others have noted, these are perfect for anyone who rents an apartment and doesn't want to invest much money in home improvement. The only way they could be better is if the adhesive on the back were like 3M "Command" strips and could be removed without damaging the surface underneath.
Nice organization help January 20, 2010 Destiver (California, USA) You have to mount these in just the right spot so that they don't hit shelves or items inside the cabinet, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. They feel kind of like they might break in a couple of years also HOWEVER I love how they work though and hope they last. They accept most spice bottles and hold them firmly.
Attachment Tip: Use With 3M Command Strips December 31, 2009 Delaney 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
For those that don't want to use the permanent adhesive that come with the clips, or bother with screws, buy some 3M Command strips. I've found them to hold well, and they are easy to remove without damaging most surfaces. Just check the weight limit to make sure the strips you use can support several spice jars. Two or three strips per row should be enough.
After reading that the arms are prone to breaking off, I think I will affix each clip individually, so I can just replace any broken clip without taking down the entire row.
