Bringing order to the spice cabinet February 12, 2010

I am so glad I bought this product! I wasn't sure how it would end up looking once I got all my spices lined up but it worked out great. I had my spices in ziploc bags and tried to categorize them but they were stuffed into such a small place it was as hassle searching for the right bag and digging the spice container out. Now not only does it look so neat and organized but it is so quick to just open the cupboard and grab the spice I need. I definitely recommend this product if you're looking for a great way to organize your spices.

This shelf is a great organization tool, however the quality is a bit low. It feels like it's made of a cheap plastic, and the bottom of the shelf is far from level. It doesn't seem that the product had much of a quality check before it was sold. I needed to put something under it to compensate for the rocking, but it works great after that. One of the issues with the concept of this design is that it is best to have shorter spice containers on the front row so that the labels on the two back rows are visible, unless the labels are on the top of the container instead of the middle like most are. Other than the quality issue, I am happy with it and it has made my spice shelf much more organized.

I saw a professional organizer use this product when organizing a kitchen. This expand a shelf is fantastic. With a large family I always stock up when there's a good sale. Expand a Shelf makes it a snap to organize and stock up at the same time.
All of us are thrilled with the before and after. I will be getting more of these for the other shelves.

I bought one like this several years ago. My pantry has a deep cabinet and only two shelves, so buying several more has really improved the way my canned goods and other items are stored in it now. Can easily see what I've got!
