Urban contemporary meets Asian simplicity in this bold tableware pattern. Each piece is saturated with deep burgundy and black, in a matte finish. Square shapes take precedence: the salad plates show rounded corners, while the bowls and mugs in the collection feature square bottoms that meld into round tops. A single band of white stylized flowers runs down each plate, separating the red and black asymmetrically. The bowls and mugs are particularly elegant with their fully covered red exteriors and black interiors. This 16-piece starter set includes just enough to get a family of four ready to eat. Each of the four place settings consists of an oversized 11-inch round dinner plate, 7-3/4-inch square salad plate, 24-ounce soup/cereal bowl, and 12-ounce mug.
