Too much black peppercorns October 25, 2008

The transaction was fine and it seemed like a good price but it was way too heavy on the black peppercorns. I've used a lot of mixed pepper and I don't think I would buy this particular mix again. It did seem fresh though.

This is one of the best pepper blends we have ever tasted. The first order was a gift, which we shared with a few friends, and they all loved it so much, I'm ordering for myself, and several more as gifts. The other reviewer that had a problem with the smell/taste should have the company to replace it, if it was bad. They are very helpful.

I bought a bag of these peppercorns last Christmas. My whole family agreed, they smelled and tasted awful, kind of a "barnyard" smell. I have used other brands of mixed peppercorns and never smelled or tasted anything this bad. Ended up just throwing the rest of the bag away. Not recommended.
