This is a great looking coffee maker. Its easy to operate, love the brew times,and the beep when coffee is done. But if you make more than 4 cups it will leak. Had to make a full pot of 12 cups and as it was brewing, I was sponging up exactly 4 cups of coffee all over the counter. I tried keeping the handle in a certain position each time but it still leaked. My parents have the same model and when they make a full pot, theirs leaks about 2 tablespoons under carafe, which you can see because it bubbles from the heated surface. Didn't want to bother exchanging it for the same model, so I purchased the Krups 4065 maker. Works great and doesn't leak!

It is great to have the extra cups of coffee. It is easy to use and works well. I love the color, too.
