I added this grill to my wishlist after purchasing a non-covered inferior one at Walmart. There are so many great features about this, I have to make sure to cover them all!
First, the grill's drip pan is awesome. The heated surface actually has openings allowing the grease/fat to drip down to the pan below. Since you fill this pan with water before heating, it makes it a snap to clean once you're done. It also brings to light all the fat you were eating before on previous cooking surfaces. With this grill, the impurities just drain away.
Secondly, the heating surface is very even. For my first adventure I cooked 3 eggs sunny side up on the flat surface, while cooking bacon & sausage on the grill. It was literally the first time I have EVER gotten the eggs the right kind of runny WITHOUT burning the bottom. The bacon didn't curl up, and the sausage had the grill marks on it, making the entire meal perfect.
I also marinated steaks to grill, worried that with the openings the moisture from the steaks would dribble out. It did not, and with three 2" filets each one was evenly cooked throughout. I was also able to grill garlic bread which was fantastic.
Clean up is a snap. All parts, except the base, are dishwasher safe. The base just holds the drip pan & grill, so I've not experienced it getting dirty at all. I've not ran this one through the dishwasher yet, because any grilling damage I've done has came off very easily with just a little soap and water.
The grill's user manual also has a cheat sheet for temperature and grilling times for different types of food. This has been a huge help, completely simplifying the process even further.

Do not expect dinner to be ready quickly. My wife and I wanted boneless chicken thighs. It took 20+ minutes per side.
It is made very well though and heats up quickly. Just too slow.

We are using this unit for over six months. Great indoor grill. Easy to clean. If you are out for a grill, I will say get it.

I have used this grill for a couple of weeks and love it. Add water to the drip pan and it will keep your meat and veggies moist and tender. I have cooked chicken, pork chops and burgers. The chicken and burgers came out really tender and moist. Pork chops (boneless) were not as tender. No smoke at all. Clean up is rather easy. Great product.
