This package of flexible plastic cutting boards from MIU France protects your countertop, simplifies food safety, and stores in any narrow slot of extra kitchen space. Though the boards are flat, they have ample surface area and can be used on either side. MIU France recommends designating the colors according to food category to prevent cross-contamination--yellow for poultry, green for produce, and red for raw meat. Once food is chopped or diced, you can pick up the board, curl it to contain the pieces, and transfer them cleanly to bowls or pots. they are durable but if used daily will be worn out after a year...but at this price you can replace them and not sweat it. We use them for everything and they DO protect counters without anything else underthem...they wash well, and as I said before the price is right....enjoy

I've used these great cutting sheets for years and LOVE them!! They're great cutting boards that take very little space to store... Easy to clean, I love them even more for use in the freezer. I make my own sausage and put out the patties on these sheets to quick freeze. They bend readily to sueeze onto narrow shelves. What did I ever do before I discovered them?!!
