Not only are the swiss-cheese-like holes in the knife a conversation-starter, but this knife cuts cheese really well - and not just semi-soft, but harder cheeses too. It slices through quickly and easily, without the cheese sticking to the knife. We've picked up two more from the Swissmar line since using this knife - and will probably continue to build our collection.
