I am so happy with this cleaver. A high-quality forged blade with full tang, bolster, 10 year warranty, and a edge that just won't quit - so many of the things I look for in a knife all rolled into one. This blade rivals the $200 big boys for less than a quarter of the price! I'm in love.
I don't have any other Berghoff blades yet, but I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from them should I find myself in need of some replacements.

The picture does not do this excellent cleaver justice. It is very well made of good quality metal. I am particularly impressed with the thick metal where the handle commences. This is a professional grade cleaver. Highly recommend.
