I've had this boning knife for a few weeks now and I'm quite happy with it. I initially planned on buying a boning knife from the "Twin Select" series, but decided to go with this model as it was much, much less expensive. I've used it a few times now and found that it works quite well. It's sharp, nimble, and does everything I need it to do. Summary: Save your money. Buy this knife.
