Gouda, Camembert, Asiago...even the names sound tempting. Go ahead, indulge in a medley of the smoky, smooth, and sharp flavors with Woodard & Charles' 3-piece stainless steel cheese knife set. Well prepared for the selection of the day, the set includes three shaped knives for different cheese styles--triangle for hard, narrow for semi-soft, and holed for soft. All of the knives are constructed of one-piece stainless steel that is hefty enough to for frequent use. Adding style and comfort, the handles showcase coolly glowing steel handles in rounded shapes that fit perfectly into the palm. This handy set sits neatly in a spacious, rectangular wooden crate with a lid that slides on and off. The tools are best washed by hand, and the crate should be wiped down with a damp cloth. I do a lot of cooking and catering, and these knives have been some of the worst cheese knives I've experienced. I bought the knives primarily for soft cheeses, and they did a horrible job. Spend the money and get a better set that you can really appreciate.

I bought these as gifts. The knives are great for cheese, but the presentation and packaging is very ugly.
