It cuts OK and the fact that it comes apart to clean is nice. But the finger holes are not the least bit ergonomic. Especially uncomfortable if you're trying to cut through something thick like card board or wings from chicken....Save your money and by the Fiskars.

For the price, these are great! My wife has had a pair for over 13 years, and no problems. I cook away from home, and bought myself a pair. Great feel, and can cut anything!

These have been quite handy in the kitchen, due to the added features of screwdriver and bottle opener at the bottoms of the handles. It hasn't been very sharp on thin plastic, but does all the expected heavy cutting jobs adequately. Good value for the money.

Haven't used it for cutting chicken yet, but I use it for everything else. Cuts old credit cards like butter. Cuts the tough plastic packaging material well also. I like how easy it comes apart to wash, and stays together afterwards. Definitely recommend it.
