This is a beautiful item, but certainly NOT a cutting board (as advertised) - it is just a serving plate, as it clearly says on the label. Very small, too, for chopping, but might be ok for a bar to cut up, say, a lime. And $29.00 is an outrageous price for this small hardwood dish! Great that its made in the USA, but has a very high shipping cost to return, so beware!
