 Works as a great novelty to show off to friends but quality is horrible October 20, 2008

At first this thing worked great it took the bottle cap off every time. It was awesome, but after about 5 months of rare of use, the spring got shot and it started taking about at least 3 pushes to get the cap off. Quality should have been much better. For what I paid for, the quality was way too low. I would recommend this only if you plan on using it once maybe twice a year tops. You know maybe use it at Christmas and show it off to your extended family but other than that it'll just make a nice paperweight.

These bottle openers are amazing! I love these things and give them as gifts all the time. The stainless Steel on this one makes it more at home in a nice bar area unlike the frat house looking colored plastic ones.

I gave this to my groomsmen at my wedding and they couldn't be happier. I had them monogrammed for that special touch and they are the envy of all their respective friends. Whenever anyone sees it at their house or my house (of course I got one for myself.) they thinks its the greatest little gadget.
