MIU France 2-piece red flexible turner set, item # 11379. The nylon heads are perfect for non-stick pans. The thin nylon head slides easily under food. These are great for lifting cookies or flipping eggs, crepes, fish and pancakes. The stainless steel handles are adorned with 3 decorative dots and a hole for hanging. Each set comes with 2 spatulas (12" long with a 3" wide head and 13" long with a 3.5" wide head). Dishwasher safe.

These are very nice, get under cookies with great ease.They also do not scratch pans. I like them.

I ordered these flexible nylon spatulas to go along with a crepe pan with a non-stick surface. They are really nice spatulas (although mine came to me in red which didn't matter to me at all) - thin and flexible enough to slip around a crepe or omelet to loosen it and then turn to finish cooking the other side.
I'm left-handed and like the fact that these utensils are perfect for either right or left-handed users because the blade isn't angled.

would NOT recommend. After using for less than 2 months, one of the spatula already melted while cooking an egg. The spatula melted while I was trying to get it under my egg to flip it, so it wasn't even on there for that long. Now we'll see whether they stand behind the lifetime warranty. But if I were you, I would just save yourself the hassle in the first place.
