The turner has a 4-1/2-by-3-1/2-inch head that easily flips burgers or potato latkes, while draining fats and oils through it slots. Its nylon construction is heat-resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit--so the sturdy tool can withstand high cooking temperatures without melting. Measuring 14-1/2 inches long with a sloped neck, the turner keeps hands far enough away from hot cook tops.
