Product Description
This preshrunk cotton-covered circular pastry board and cloth set is like having an extra set of hands when making lefse, holiday cookies, and pie and pizza crusts. The 19" hardboard circle with 6 nonskid plastic feet creates a perfect working surface. Just attach the cloth with its convenient measurements printed on the front, and you are on the way toward creating some great designs. I bought 2 of these pastry boards last year; they work great! I've had several other pastry rolling cloths in the past (made from cloth, plastic, and silicone) and none have been as effective as these. Lefse can be rolled out paper thin on these without creating a "stick spot." Clean up is super easy -- can be removed from the wooden board and run through the washer, although usually just needs to be shaken out.

I used my pastry board last night for making lefse and it worked fine. My only reservation is that the cloth in the center of the board gave way and became wrinkled or crumbled.
