This comfortable, 10-inch whisk is ergonomically designed to facilitate a rotating motion while keeping hands and wrists from feeling strained. The whisk has 18/8 stainless-steel wires that are uniquely constructed so they don't cross at the tips. This design makes it easier to combine wet and dry ingredients together for a salad dressing or a Chinese black bean sauce and reduces the amount of clogging in the wires for an easier cleanup. For safety, the handle is made of non-slip plastic that provides a secure grip and is coated with UV protection to prevent it from ever yellowing. Sturdy, good materials, and as a whisk works very well, but poorly balanced; handle is so heavy it tips over if you try to leave it inside or resting on the parameter of a bowl. I don't particularly recommend it.

this is great...if something gets stuck inside, it's easy to pull the metal apart a little and allow the clump to fall out and then continue mixing.

Whisks well, but....the top heavy handle & slick handle drives me nuts. My habit of resting whisk inside bowl during pauses just isn't compatible w/ the design - almost before I've released the handle it slides into the mix "or" flips over edge of bowl. It's like a brain teaser for me & the whisk wins every time & I'm fishing it out of the batter- handle & all. If handle had some traction on it & weighed less it could be perfect - at least for me.

This is the first whisk I have bought in many years. I love the wider handle. My old metal handled whisks just did not fit in my hand as well. For the price and the stability of the handle, you cannot go wrong.
