This is, walking away, the BEST kitchen tool I've bought in years. It is perfect for gravy or any sauce you make in a skillet and not easy to find in most stores. I'm buying several to give to friends and, at this price, it makes a perfect stocking stuffer at Christmas. If it came in colors I'd probably think I had to have it in all the colors - even though I know it makes no difference. That's how much I love this whisk.
