Product Description
Create half-moon shaped pierogi, tarts, snacks, and more with this set of dough presses. Simply place dough in the press, add the filling, and press down. The press' teeth seal the dough edge, and the beveled edge cuts the dough to the exact size.

These simple devices (why didn't I think of that!) create pretty, as-easy-as-pie pastries. On one side of a press is a beveled edge for cutting rounds from rolled-out dough. Turn the press over, place the dough round on the sealing "teeth," and pat it into the concave form. Spoon filling into the center, moisten the edges of the round for a proper seal, fold the press, and--bingo!--out comes a uniformly crimped pastry ready for steaming, frying, or baking. It was shipped so quickly and have since used it once a week! I didnt think the presses would hold up being that they are plastic but they are strong! Dont hesitate to buy this product it is great!

I like making turnovers but always had trouble getting the filling in the dough without seeing it leak out because the surface I was using was too flat. These dough presses work great, the only trick to using them is to keep them dusted with flour so the dough doesn't stick to them. Otherwise they are handy and quick to use to make all my favorite fruit turnovers.

This is the best mold for empanada's. I make big batches, freeze them and get wave reviews.

Very poor quality. Thin and won't stand up to use.
Very disappointed.
