I hesitated for a long time before buying these, and in the end, I'm reasonably satisfied with them.

PROS:
They are flexible and very convenient for pouring into a stand mixer. They go in the microwave. They feel sturdy in the hand, not squishy as a feared.

CONS:
Because of the curved top, they are difficult to cover successfully with tinfoil. When mixing ingredients with a fork, the tines almost poke into the silicone, which is a little disconcerting (doesn't seem to damage the bowl, though). And the 2-quart size isn't really big enough for serious baking. I'm hoping they come out with a 3-quart!
