Excellent stock pot September 30, 2008

I have a stainless steel stock pot this same size. If I simmer foods in it for a long time, food will stick to the bottom, even if I stir often. This new T-fal pot seems like it's perfect for slow simmering. I've only used it once(for Russian Cabbage Soup) but it performed flawlessly with no stickage at all and it cleaned up perfectly. Exactly what I was looking for in a stock pot.I highly recommend this product(limited use)

The fast service from Amazon was great. The stockpot is easy to prepare for use and cooks very evenly. The clean up is a breeze. I plan to purchase a jumbo fry pan in the near future.

Great stock pot, though I would also like one a bit larger for batches of sauce. I have a full set of T-Fal and this almost completes the set. Very easy to cook with and even easier to clean up! :)
