Now this is a BIG stockpot! Just the right size however for boiling a few lobsters, corn on the cob for the family, or for cooking up enough soup or spaghetti for a church supper.

I purchased a Progressive stockpot several years ago and found it to be pretty well made. Very disappointed thathey have cheapened the product - appears to be thinner stainless and definitely weaker attachment of the handles - wouldn't expect them to stand up to the weight of a full pot. Spend a little more and buy a good one.

This is a bait and switch. The image in ad shows a thick bottom and the PRODUCT FEATURES discribe a "tri-ply base", it is a single ply base.
