Dupont Autograph 2 has been restaurant tested by professional chefs and has been found to surpass standard non-stick coatings both in performance and durability. This cookware is coated inside and out with Autograph 2 which makes cooking without added fat very easy, and which also makes cleaning up a snap. The handles are comfortable and securely riveted and the glass lids allow you to monitor cooking without loss of flavor, heat, or nutrients. Pots and pans clean easily, while the rugged nonstick readily releases food. Beneath the nonstick is heavy-gauge, harder-than-steel anodized aluminum. Pot and pan bottoms are left uncoated to conduct heat quickly and prevent hot spots. Bright chrome handles have hanging holes for storage and soft, stay-cool rubber grips for slip-resistance. The grips are deep, narrow, and shaped ergonomically, permitting pans to be used comfortably despite their weight. Break-resistant, domed glass lids permit cooking to be monitored without releasing heat and are oven-safe to 375 degrees F. These are sturdy pans, nothing sticks in them and they are easy to clean up. They are expensive, but well worth the money.

My wife and I received the pans in this set for our wedding over 3 years ago. They have been excellent despite very heavy use from us. The non-stick still doesn't stick and there is almost no discoloration. They are very easy to clean because the entire pan is non-stick, not just the inside. The silicon on the handle does an excellent job of protecting your hand from being burnt even at high temperatures.
The only problem we've had is that on a few of the pans the silicon part of the handle came loose. I submitted a request to their customer service department on the web and had brand new pans within a week at no cost to me.
