Perfect for single servings, this 1-quart saucepan cooks an individual portion of vegetable soup, puttanesca sauce, or quinoa. Made of durable hard-anodized aluminum of uniform thickness, the pan is an excellent heat conductor and cooks food quickly and evenly. Its double-coated nonstick interior prevents food from sticking and makes cleanup easier. The pan has a contoured oval stainless-steel handle with a blasted satin finish that is comfortable to grip and is held in place by sturdy stainless-steel rivets. After very little use, the teflon has already worn off. Even though it was only $20, it should lasted at least a year. I've been using teflon products for years and never have had one go bad so quickly.

I was all excited that I was buying Calphalon, what I thought was a very high-end product. After I used and washed it for the first time (following the instruction pamphet), I noticed the side of the saucepan got stained by the oil I used. After one use, I would have expected the product to look brand new. It's okay but I am not wowed by the product.
