I've had two of these for the past year or so, give or take. Here's my list:
PROS:
* It does keep everything cold which is nice and refreshing after a workout
* Keeping the powder and the liquid separate is really handy
CONS:
* This bottle is really big and kind of awkward to use
* I never wanted to put it in my gym bag because the condensation coming off of it made everything in my bag wet
* A whole bunch of my protein powder always got stuck in the little plastic grates. At first I thought it was me, but apparently my husband had the same problem.
* It is not easy to use. Trying to screw in the plastic part that screws into the freezer container is terrible when the freezer container is frozen solid and even when you finally DO get it on you MUST be careful to remember to tighten it all the way AFTER your workout to ensure you don't get any leakage. IF you do all that you STILL end up getting condensation ALL over you. Really annoying.
* It's not easy to clean. If you make the mistake of leaving the top on too long you'll have a heck of a time trying to UNscrew it from the freezer container and after you get it off, have fun popping off the top part.
I believe the top two compartments are DW friendly but the bottom is not. This is such a neat idea but I think I'd rather stick to my Blender Ball, at least then I can stay dry :)
