Excellent weight reduction tool! August 14, 2010 Jamey This journal is an excellent weight reduction tool! Just writing down what you eat creates an awareness of what you are actually consuming each day. You can track by calories, carbs, fat and more. It encourages water consumption and has room for notes, etc. Once you write a food down, it's easy to reference back to it for information. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks! Great product!

I like the idea of this book, however, the space you are given to write down what you eat is too small. I find myself trying to squeeze in my food choices. I think the columns for calories etc. could have been a little more narrow which would maybe give a little more line to the food items. Same thing with the exercise section, there just isn't enough room to thoroughly log in your activity. I actually would love this book in a regular spiral notebook size. All in all this is a nice little book for tracking your food and activity, if you can write very small!!!

I love this book! April 15, 2010 L. Pelphrey I am now on my 6th or 7th book. It is a great help while dieting and exercising. It really helps to write down everything you eat and drink during the day, and this book is perfect for that. I've tried writing it down in just a plain notebook, but I find that filling this in helps me keep track better than just writing things down. Plus the place where you have to note how you did for the day really helps me to feel like i've accomplished something!
